Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be in original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

• To initiate a return, email difuse@difusecph.com within 14 days. We will provide a return form that must be printed, completed, and included with your return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items that are used, tested, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Diffusers must be returned unused, and oils must be unopened.

• Please pack items securely to avoid damage during shipping. Use trackable and insured shipping, as Difuse cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Keep your postage receipt as proof of shipping.
  

Returns from Non-EU Countries

If you refuse to pay duties or reject the package, these costs will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges due to size or fit, return items within 14 days and mark the package as "return of goods." Difuse does not cover any additional duties when the package re-enters the EU.

Claims / Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged during shipping or electronics are malfunctioning, contact us immediately at difuse@difusecph.com
