As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. This covers defects present at the time of purchase.

How to File a Complaint:

  • Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than two months after discovering the issue.

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.


Complaint Process:

  • We will assess your complaint and offer:

    • Repair of the product

    • Replacement with a new product

    • Refund if neither option is possible

  • Warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

  • If a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our webshop or products.
