Welcome to DIFUSE CPH! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our webshop.

DIFUSE CPH is operated by vieille aps ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our webshop.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

3. Prices and Taxes

  • All prices on the webshop are displayed in DKK / EUR / USD and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated.

  • For orders outside the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Complaints & Warranty

As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. This means that if your product has a defect that was present at the time of purchase, you have the right to file a complaint.

How to File a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint about a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than two months after discovering the issue. Complaints can be submitted via:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defect.

Complaint Process

Once we receive your complaint, we will assess the issue and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement with a new product
  • A refund, if neither of the above is possible

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our webshop or products.
